Compound Material Mould Releases Agent does not contain CFCS green solvents, can satisfy unsaturated resin, epoxy, and other various efficient transfer product release requirements besides silicone rubber, after through the thermal curing mould can form a low surface energy resin film layer, by reducing the mold surface energy and achieve a stable demoulding effect. Data Sheet: ● Appearance：Green transparent liquid ● Odor：Hydrocarbon taste ● Solvent：Aliphatic hydrocarbons ● Shelf life：18 months from the date of manufacture ● Thermal stability after curing：400℃ Resistance Temperature ● Mould working temperature：20~180℃ Usage Instruction: ● Compound Material Mould Releases Agent can be used within range of 20~180℃ by spraying or wiping. The recommended usage is spraying. We recommend to heat the mold to 50 ℃ before using this release agent. Or it takes 5-10 minutes for drying under room temperature without heating mold ● Mold surface coating at least 2-3 times, and each time after spraying, must wait until the surface to dry thoroughly before next coating. ● Recommended to spray one fresh layer of release agent after every demoulding, to ensure good demoulding performance. Characters: ● It’s widely applied to various mould type with good applicability and won't happen release agent transfer phenomenon; ● Low odor, solvent-free and safe to use. Available Packing: Available in 3.78Liter/gallon, 25Liter/barrel, 200Liter/drum or according to your demand. Life: Longer as long as it is good after your test before using.
