Product description : Detailed Product Description Manufacturer experienced,Stable , continuable,environmental ISO9001,ISO14001,REACH pre-register.Powder,Granular,Masterbatch HiDispersion® Predispersed Rubber Chemicals HMMM 65-80 Used in direct bonding compounds,e.g. for resorcinol-formaldehyde-silica system DESCRIPTION HiDispersion HMMM 65-80 resin is polymer bound granule which is made with HMMM powder concentration of a 65% active, free flowing powder form of HMMMM liquid resin on an inert carrier ( Rodia Z175 precipitated amorphous silica). HMMM 65-80 resin granule is easier to handle than both powder concentrate and liquid HMMM resin. The granule has not any level of nuisance dust and is readily dispersible for more efficient mixing control. TYPICAL PROPERTIES Appearance: Active Ingredient: Specific Gravity Physiological properties: White free flow granule 52% HMMM liquid resin , 28% silica and 20% EPDM/EVA binder 1.3 (20) see safety data sheet APPILCATION: HiDispersion HMMM 65-80 resin granule finds wide application as a methylene donor in the HRH dry rubber system for bonding rubber to cord, and/or wire reinforcement materials. HiDispersion HMMM 65-80 can also be used in conjuction with methylene acceptors (RF resin and novolak resin) in rubber compounds to increase modulus, tensile, stiffness and hardness. DOSAGE: Usually 3.75-10.0 phr HiDispersion HMMM 65-80 together with 1-2 phr Resocinol (100%). PACKAGING: 25 kg paper bag STORAGE STABILITY: In original closed containers under cool and dry conditions max. 1 year.
