Description:
Hesperidin is a found abundantly in fruits.
Hesperidin is believed to play a role in defense. It's soluble in
pyridine, sodium hydroxide solution, soluble in DMF, slightly soluble in
methanol and hot glacial acetic acid, and very slightly soluble in ethyl
ether, acetone, ;chloroform and benzene. It's odourless and tasteless
and 1g goods dissolves in 50 L water.
