The company was formerly known as Yantai Yande Chemical Co, Ltd., Which was transferred by Beijing Yanshan Petrochemical Company in 1988. For many years, the company has continuously learned to absorb domestic and foreign advanced technology, innovated and optimized production capacity. Through developing, Lianli Chemical relocated to the current location in response to the national "Chemical policy standardization" in 2016. With a total investment of more than 130 million yuan, the company covers an area of 35, 000 square meters and has a production installation with an annual output of 2,500 tons of chloro-alkyl metal. Also, it adopts advanced DCS(Distributed Control System) and SIS ( Safety Instrumented System), and it is the largest manufacturer of chloro-alkyl metal in China at present.

The company's main products are Diethylaluminum chloride(DEAC), Ethylaluminum sesquichloride(EASC), Ethylaluminum dichloride(EADC), Methylaluminum sesquichloride(MASC), Dimethylaluminium chloride(DMAC), Trimethylaluminium(TMAL),13% Diethylaluminum chloride in kaydol oil and Ethylaluminum dichloride in hexane.
